Return & Refund Policy

At motoadwerk, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, incorrect, or otherwise eligible for return under this policy, please contact us and we will work with you to resolve the issue.

1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 30 days of delivery, provided the product meets the conditions below:

• The product is unused and has not been installed or operated.
• The product is in its original condition and packaging where reasonably possible.
• The product has not been modified, damaged, or altered after delivery.
• All accessories, manuals, components, and included parts are returned with the product.
• You provide your order number and sufficient information to identify the purchase.

Due to the size and weight of our motorcycle lift tables, additional return requirements may apply. We will provide the appropriate return instructions before you send the product back.

2. Damaged or Defective Products

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If the product is damaged during transportation, defective, or you receive the wrong item, contact us as soon as possible with your order number and clear photographs or video showing the issue.

Depending on the circumstances, we may offer a replacement, replacement part, repair, return, or refund.

3. Returns for Change of Mind

If you simply change your mind about your purchase, you may request a return within the applicable return period if the product is unused and remains in resalable condition.

Unless the return is due to a product defect, damage, incorrect item, or an error on our part, the customer may be responsible for reasonable return shipping and handling costs.

Do not return a product to an address provided on the shipping label or invoice unless our support team has specifically instructed you to do so.

5. Refunds

Once the returned product has been received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

Approved refunds will normally be issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider or financial institution.

Where applicable, original shipping charges may be non-refundable unless the return is the result of a defective, damaged, incorrect, or incorrectly supplied product.

6. Refund Timing

After a refund is approved, please allow additional time for the payment provider or bank to process the refund and display it in your account.

7. Non-Returnable Situations

A return may be refused where the product has been used, installed, modified, damaged through misuse, improperly stored, or otherwise returned in a condition that prevents reasonable resale, except where applicable consumer law provides otherwise.

Nothing in this policy is intended to limit or exclude any mandatory consumer rights that apply to your purchase under the laws applicable to you. Where applicable law provides additional rights regarding faulty, defective, or misdescribed goods, those rights remain unaffected.
